Nicholas Hansen

Mr. Hansen is currently the the Chief Executive Officer of InterFirst Realty; Mr. Hansen began his real estate career in 2000 and has been a prime mover in the residential real estate arena ever since. 

Mr. Hansen has worked with lenders, developers, and REO servicers to market and sell single family homes, condominiums, developable land, commercial, and industrial real estate. Mr. Hansen has extensive experience in acquisitions, secured financings, construction management, and condominium conversions. 

Mr. Hansen worked as an REO asset manager. His experience in corporate asset management involved the sale of thousands of non-performing REO assets. Mr. Hansen was involved in all aspects of pricing, marketing, and portfolio management. He has controlled several thousand REO sales with a production value of approximately nine hundred million dollars. 

As a real estate practitioner, Mr. Hansen has structured thousands of transactions ranging from vacant land sales to a multimillion-dollar industrial complex. Mr. Hansen has received several accolades for outstanding sales achievements as and REO asset manager and real estate broker. 

Mr. Hansen has extensive experience in all aspects of residential construction, project management, and property preservation. Mr. Hansen has personally managed the development and renovation for thousands of residential assets. Mr. Hansen has performed property preservation and rehabilitation work for mortgage servicers, condo associations, banks, hedge funds, national investment funds, and real estate investors.  

Mr. Hansen has extensive experience investing in all forms of real estate. His investment portfolio currently has a diverse range of vacant land, single family, and multi-family dwellings. These acquisitions are from mortgage sales, open markets, and auctions throughout the nation. Mr. Hansen has controlled and managed a personal portfolio of five hundred and forty-four units. Mr. Hansen has invested and personally renovated thousands of residential assets, performed ground up construction, and pioneered the single-family rental market. 

Mr. Hansen is a Licensed mortgage loan originator with national exposure; having license activation in forty two states. 

As a hobby Mr. Hansen has an international business in professional sports; he has been involved with the promotion, management, production, and broadcast of several professional, amateur, and charitable boxing events.
